Toolbar (DXF-Toolkit)
The DXF-Toolkit has a toolbar, which you can position on the screen as desired. This can be displayed or hidden with the function in the menu. A check appears in front of the function if the toolbar is displayed.

The following icons are contained in the toolbar:

Open a cut with the dxf format. | |

Save shape file. The existing file name and file type are retained. Notice: If a new file was generated, the Save as dialog box appears, so that you may save the file under a new file name. | |

Save shape file in another directory, under another file name and/or as another file type and load into the shape editor. | |

Save shape as a bitmap file. | |

Call up the Align dialog box. Here, the position of the shape in the coordinate system can be changed. | |

Call up the Rotate dialog box. Here, a shape can be rotated by 90, 180 or 270 degrees or by a degree value of your choice. In this process, you can select the rotation direction as well. | |

Call up the Mirror dialog box. Here, a shape can be mirrored. | |

Call up the Scale dialog box. Here, the size of a shape can be changed. | |

Call up the To cut into halves dialog box. Here, a shape can be cut in half. | |
|

Call up the Convert dialog box. You can change the unit of measurement for the shape here. | |

Call up the Display layers dialog box. With the dxf format different lines can be saved on different layers. The Display layers dialog box allows these layers to be deactivated and activated. | |

Call up the Show pieces dialog box. If several shapes are present in a dxf file (e.g. with graduations or if a shape consists of several parts), then these are shown by name in the opened Show pieces dialog box with this function. Individual parts can be activated of deactivated using checkboxes. This enables the parts that are not relevant for knitting to be faded out. | |

Call up the Show lines dialog box. Here, all lines, from which the shapes are put together, are displayed in the form of coordinates. The lines can be selected as desired. Individual lines can be activated of deactivated using checkboxes. This enables the parts that are not relevant for knitting to be faded out. | |

Call up the Show macros dialog box. Here, the activated settings in the functions Align, Rotate, Mirror, Scale, Halve and Display Layer are managed (save, load, change sequence, use) with the Add to Macros checkbox. | |
