Scale

Using this dialog box, you enlarge or reduce (scale) the shape. Scaling can occur vertically or horizontally.
The dialog box is opened by the Scale function in the Edit menu.

Only the scaling is changed visibly when changing the size.

If several shapes are present in a file, all shapes are scaled based on the settings.

Make the following settings in this dialog box:

Type of scaling

Scale the shape horizontally and vertically, only horizontally or only vertically.

Notice: The proportions are retained with horizontal and vertical scaling.

Current size

Displays the current height and width of the shape.

New size

Enter new height or width in mm or as a percent value.

Add to macro checkbox

If the Add to Macro checkbox is activated, the settings selected in the dialog box are saved as a macro and then they are available in the Show Macros dialog box, even for other shapes.

Click on the Do

Enlarge/reduce shape based on the settings in the dialog box. The dialog box is closed.

Click on the Close

Close dialog box without applying changes.
