Rename file(s)
This function is used to rename files.
Rename files:
- 1
- Call up the function in the menu.
- or -
Click the
icon in the toolbar.
- or -
Press the key combination Ctrl + U.
- The Selection of new file name dialog box appears.
You can enter a new name here.
- Using the Rename button, you confirm the new name and jump to the next file name.
- Using the Skip button, you skip a name and the next file name is displayed.
- You close the dialog box with the Cancel button.
The context menu is folded out by clicking on a selected file with the right mouse button. This context menu contains the function , with which you can also call up the Selection of new file name dialog box.
