Technical container module
Within the M1plus, the so-called technical container modules from the different module groups of the Module Explorer are used for different knitting situations. Technical container modules consist of individual modules located in the respective subdirectory Elements.
The technical container module cannot be used directly in the pattern.
These modules can be allocated to the knitting situations among others in the New Pattern, Configuration and Yarn field allocationdialog boxes. The symbol
shows, that you can allocate modules directly from the Module Explorer at this point.
Technical container modules influence the Technical Processing directly.
Modify these modules only with proper knowledge of their functionality.
The following technical container modules are used:
- When the pattern is generated, technical container modules are used for the start from the module group Starts.
The various knitting situations are: - Start without comb
- Start with comb
- The Technical Processing uses technical container modules from the module groups Technical and k&w Technique:
- Comb thread, Comb thread selectable and Comb thread selectable Tandem-CCC
- Intarsia border processing/Intarsia border processing (k&w)
- Intarsia knitting-in/Intarsia knitting-in (k&w)
- Net pick-up Intarsia/Knitting in of all yarn carriers before the start (k&w)
- Knots for Stripes
- When generating a fully fashion fabric, technical container modules from the Technical module group from the Shape Attributes are also applied in the pattern:
- Narrowing/Narrowing (k&w)
- Widening/Widening (k&w)
- Fade-out with modules of your own
The advantage of using technical container modules in this knitting situation is that you, as the user, can adjust the knitting situation individually in the following manner:
- Changing the individual modules
- Using other individual modules
To adapt the knitting situation individually, you must know where the individual modules are used in the pattern. For this purpose, the layout of the technical container modules and the use of their individual modules is explained in this chapter.
For identification purposes, the pictures of the container modules have the symbol
in the lower right corner.
