New Lined Shape
With this dialog box you create a new lined shape.
Open the dialog box using the context menu of the empty area in the Shapes tool window.
Make the following settings in the New Lined Shape dialog box:

Shape Name |
Enter the name of the lined shape |

Comment |
Enter a comment to the lined shape |
Select the Input Format:
|
|
You enter the line by Stitch. |
|
|
You enter the line by Steps. |
|
|
You enter the line by courses as for hand knitting. |
|
|
Create a shape from an existing image file. |
|
Load Image... |
Load image file as template for the shape. |
|
Outside Shape Colors |
Click on Colors for Outside Shape and pick the color from the picture. |
Within a lined shape project you can manage several lined shapes together in the Stitch and Steps input format.
Lined shapes in the Hand-Knitting (Courses) input format cannot be managed together with lined shapes in the Stitch or Steps input format in the same lined shape project.
