Step by Step to 'Pattern-7'

A pattern project with one pattern and the desired settings is created.

1: To draw select any desired drawing tool under the 绘图 group.

2: In the 花型颜色 tool window, select the desired pattern colors from the 纱线颜色 color palette to draw the motif:

纱线颜色:

: The yarn carriers are not automatically placed on the yarn carrier rails.
The yarn carrier home position is determined in the 工艺处理.

3: In 设计花型 draw the desired motif.

Example with 3 yarn colors without shape
	Pattern neckline : For the yarn color #1 (white) there is a table entry in the 颜色参数 table. This means that only one preset can be made for the white color at the left and right in the 颜色参数 table.

	: In the design pattern, for example, on the left side, the yarn color #1 is exchanged for yarn color #3. This way a table entry is entered in the 颜色参数 table for the yarn color #3. This means that different presets can be made for the left and right side of the motif in the 颜色参数 table. Notice: Instead of using a new yarn color, a sub-color can also be used for the yarn color #1.

4: In the 设计花型 adjust the motif accordingly, if desired.

5: To create a project-related lined shape, select the 模型 tab in the tool window.

6: Open the context menu with RMB and select 创建 M 码新模型....

The 新线模型 tool window is opened.

7: Make the desired entries:

模型名称: Any
输入格式: Stitch

8: Confirm with the OK key.

The new lined shape (basic shape) is graphically displayed in the 模型 tab and in a new document window New shape xx [size x] as rectangle.

: The default attributes will be used for the shape edges of the lined shape.
Menu 文件 -> 选项 -> 线模型 -> 新建线模型选项

9: To create a lined shape based on the displayed rectangle in the ribbon 模型编辑 under 属性, click the 线表 button.

Use the graphic displayed in the New shape xx [size x] document window.

: The method (table or graphic) to create a project-related lined shape is freely eligible, since the views are always updated simultaneously.

10: Insert new shape lines in the table and enter the desired values for the basic shape.

Standard attributes from configuration are assigned to those shape lines.

Basic Shape: Front without neckline

Rules for creating a shape for the knitting mode SJ:

11: Allocate the desired attributes to the shape lines.

12: In the 模型 tool window select the created shape with LMB.

13: Open the context menu -> 定位模型 -> select Pattern name.

The shape is floating in the selected basic pattern.

14: To position the shape, enable the button of the document window.

15: Carry out 工艺处理 if necessary.
: After carrying out the 工艺处理 you are able to view and weigh up the result of the automatic processing, if corrections / optimizations are necessary.

16: Back to the 设计花型 to make pattern-related changes.

17: Open the 导纱器 tool window for this purpose.

18: In the 颜色参数 table make the desired changes in the following groups, if necessary:

编织带入和带出
嵌花锁定
边界处理

19: If desired, make the desired presets in the following control columns:

线圈长度 (NP)
主牵拉（WMF）
速度 (MSEC)

20: If necessary, make the desired presets for combining yarn carriers in the 更多设置 tab of the 配置 dialog box.

Several yarn carriers are combined in one system by the technical processing (knitting sequence) to optimize the production time.

The yarn carriers will be combined only if this is possible based on the color field distances.
The result is visible in the 符号视图 after the technical processing.

Options in the 配置 dialog box

1: In the ribbon select the 配置 button.

The dialog box appears.

2: Select the 更多设置 tab.

3: Make the desired presettings for the 合并导纱器.

纱线垫入:
使用“在颜色加宽部分固定纱线垫入“方法 is active (standard)

			Do not combine (Default setting)
			No automatic combining of the yarn carriers. : High run time because of regular knitting process for Intarsia: Nice, uniform binding at the color field borders
		使用"默认”方式
		Automatic combining of the yarn carriers, where the result cannot be influenced. : Shortest run time with possible problems with the Intarsia binding (tuck) at the color field border.
		使用“在颜色加宽部分固定纱线垫入“方法
		Automatic, uniform combining of the yarn carriers with an optimized knitting process for secure yarn insertion with the tuck binding. : Uniform Intarsia binding will be achieved at the color field border. Reduced run time without problems with the Intarsia binding (tuck)
2	合并导纱器时允许 NPJ
		允许 NPJ (default setting) Result: Two color areas can be combined by the technical processing, due to the distances and the differently defined stitch tensions (NP).
		允许 NPJ is disabled Result: Two color areas could be combined due to the distances. Due to the differently defined stitch tensions (NP), these color fields are not combined by the technical processing.
3	机器上导纱器辅助修正距离CMS
	1/16英寸			Adjust the safety distance in order to make corrections on the machine (YC/YCI in the setup). Default value: 0 : You can specify a shorter yarn carrier distance especially with coarser gauges.

21: Start the 工艺处理.
With the button, show Symbol view after technical processing.

The yarn carriers are automatically combined after the set specifications and the Intarsia rules (constructive facts of the Intarsia yarn carriers on the machine).
