Narrowing of Armhole at the Front and Back of the Body
How to define the Narrowing of armhole at the front of the body:
- Open the context menu for the left diagonal shape line of the narrowing of armhole at the front.
- Select the
- The Line Properties tool window appears.
- The selected shape line and the mirrored shape line appear in the detail view on the right.
- Go to the Stepping Parameters group box.
- Select the J-curve option in the Stepping Kind list box.
- The detail view updates.
- Select the value 2 in the Min. Step Height edit box.
- The detail view updates.
- Select the Steps on even-numbered rows option in the Stepping in the Height list box.
- Select the value 1 in the Step Width edit box
- Keep the value 0 in the Min. Height at the End of Line edit box.
- Activate the Binding-off at Line Foot check box.
- The Line Width by Stitches edit box appears enabled.
- Select the value 2 in the Line Width by Stitches edit box.
- The detail view updates.
- The steppings in the narrowings of armhole of the front form a J-curve.
- Module, width and look of the narrowing are assigned to the shape line from the default settings.
You entered the default settings already with the step Define Options for the Current Shape.
- Do not make changes in the group box for Attributes, Markings and Behavior of All Sizes.
