How to buy new credit

  • Your credit card
    or
  • Your access data for the Stoll customer net
  • Six-digit serial number of your GKS smart card
  1. Call-up the customer net again using the access data.
  1. Enter the e-mail as user name
  1. Enter the password
  1. With GKS credit switch to the shop page.
  • The Buying GKS credit page appears.
  1. Enter the six-digit serial number of your GKS smart card.
  1. If desired, display the state of the card with Info.
  • Past purchases of credits
  1. Select the desired credit pack.
    250 hours
    500 hours
    1000 hours
  1. Confirm the entries with Continue.
  1. The Confirmation of buying GKS credit page appears.
  1. Activate the checkbox to accept the General Terms and Conditions of Business.
  1. Check the overview and confirm with Buy

License and credit loss

STOLL will not provide compensation for the loss of the license and the credit.

In case of loss or theft of the card

In case of buying credit for a wrong card number

In case of misdirected e-mail

Pay attention to the correct serial number of the card.
Make sure to compare the input immediately with the card.

Protect your card against loss or theft.

In case the smart card is defective, please contact Stoll.

  • The Payment confirmation page of the service provider for card payments ConCardis appears.
  1. Select the payment method.
  1. The edit boxes for the data of the selected credit card are displayed.
  1. Enter the credit card data and confirm with Buy.
  • The credit purchase is finished.
  • You will receive the credit code with the corresponding credit by e-mail.

    This credit code is only valid for the smart card with the specified serial number and cannot be transferred to any other card.
