Change stitch length of a yarn color

How to change the stitch length of a yarn color:

  1. Stitch length is active.
    1
    Select the defined by user option button in the Stitch length section.
  1. The Set stitch length dialog box appears.

If the dialog box is faded out with the Exit button, then the defined by user option button must be clicked again to redisplay the dialog box.

    Select a different stitch length in the Set stitch length dialog box.

    Click on the stitch length field for which the stitch length is to be changed.

    Click the Apply button in the Jacquards dialog box.
  1. The new stitch length is applied in the pattern.

The stitch lengths can be applied directly to the pattern from the Set stitch length dialog box, including directly for a selected area.

Behavior when expanding

Stitch Length

Specified stitch length will be entered into the expanded pattern.
All over the row, at the matching color.
: Stitch lengths deriving from a CA will be overwritten!

Stitch Length
and a CA allocated to a row

This row will keep the stitch length of the CA.

Stitch Length
and no CA allocated:

Stitch length will be allocated to the needle positions (NPJ).
