Generate jacquard areas in pattern

Jacquard areas in the pattern can be generate in the following ways:

Generating a new jacquard area in the pattern with the Jacquards dialog box:

    Select the row in the pattern to which a jacquard is to be allocated.

    Open the Jacquards dialog box with the Generate or Edit Jacquard... function in the Edit menu.
  1. The New option field is automatically selected.

The area in the pattern can also be selected after the dialog box is opened, however then the New option field must be selected by hand.

    Select the desired jacquard generator or the desired jacquard module in the window of the Jacquard properties section.

    Click on the OK or Apply button.

With a jacquard over the entire pattern width, transition modules for the net start and net end are automatically inserted in the pattern. These do not overwrite the pattern, but instead are also inserted, which increases the number of pattern rows. The modules used here are visible in the Jacquards dialog box. In this dialog box changes can also be made to the jacquard at a later time.
