Left/right lines

Using this table, you set the shape lines of the left or right shape half.
The table is called up with the Left Lines or Right Lines function in the Tables menu.

Usually a shape is entered mirrored, whereby the center axis separates the left and right shape half. While entering the shape data for the left shape half, the corresponding data of the right shape half are simultaneously generated and a symmetrical shape is generated.
You can also generate asymmetrical shapes by defining the entire line shape in a table. It is important that a closed curve shape always results.

The data are shown in red when the resulting line is located in the opposite shape half. You have entered a value for the width in a table line or in the line editor with the incorrect sign.
