Rules
A rule consists of 3 parts:
- Condition
- Action
- Area
The area of a rule is all positions switched on. The smallest area (a position) is the needle bed of a technical row (separated by front and rear).
The dialog box is opened with 3 default rules with an area over the entire pattern.
Default 001: Condition: invalid indices, action: do not change anything.
Default 002: Condition: A stitch length index, action: use the most frequent stitch length.
Default 003: Condition: Different stitch length indices, action: use the most frequent stitch length.
The rule checks its area for the presence of the condition and then carries out the action.
If the condition of several rules is present at the position, then the rule with the highest priority will be used.
The priority results from the sequence in the rule field and is highest at the top.
In the position field the applicable rule is shown in the Rule column and its action in the ML column.
You can change the priority by dragging the rule to another position with Drag & Drop.
