STOLL Stitch Density presets
You are provided with presets by STOLL for some jacquard techniques.
These settings are a rough simulation of the final knit proportions.
Use them if you don‘t have a test swatch.
Usage of the Stitch Density
- Square view of the stitches without Stitch Distortion Preview
- Rectangular view of the stitches with Stitch Distortion Preview
Use this view for drawing geometrical shapes to get them in the right proportions knitted - Squares
- Circles
- Texts
- Imported Pictures
Managing Your Stitch Densities
You can manage the pre-sets by the fly-out menu.
- Create New Stitch Density Presets
Also available in the New Artwork dialog box. - Remove Stitch Density Presets
- Import Stitch Density Presets
The stitch densities are compatible to GKS 2.x
Import a *.sdtpl-file of GKS or another STOLL-artwork® - Export Stitch Density Presets
Export a *.sdtpl-file which can be imported by another user of STOLL-artwork® or GKS.
