Devoré (1 system)

  • Devoré Knitting Technique
  • For ADF machines only and only for the rear needle bed
  • System conversion at the machine is necessary.
  • Further settings are necessary in the System Function control column.
  • The following function appears when selecting Devoré:
    • Allow stitch forming by the 'Devoré (1 system)' system for all plating colors with YPI.
    • Systems with Devoré conversion are not recommended for knitting and therefore also disabled by default.
    • Activate this function if you still want to use the converted system for ordinary knitting.
    • Provide a plating color with YPI for the corresponding areas.

Different system functions are disabled automatically for the converted systems.

FlexPly

The FlexPly knitting technique essentially corresponds to the Devoré technique executed on both needle beds in the same system.

  • FlexPly Knitting Technique
  • FlexPly is available for ADF machines of the EKC type and 7.2.
  • A system conversion at the machine is necessary for both needle beds in the same system to use FlexPly.
  • The FlexPly front and rear setting is required in the System Function control column.
    System Function
  • The following function appears with FlexPly selected:
    • Allow stitch forming by the 'FlexPly' system for all plating colors with YPI.
    • It is not recommended to knit in systems with FlexPly conversion and therefore also disabled by default.
    • Activate this function if you still want to use the converted system for ordinary knitting.
    • Provide a plating color with YPI for the corresponding areas.
