There is a fix matching to the Stoll modules of the M1plus Module Database.
But you can replace modules within the M1plus. - Can I import and use my own modules of the M1plus Pattern Software?
You can declare your own module as placeholders to the GKS and, as far as these modules are contained in the M1plus Module Database, you can apply this information to the knitting program via the GKS shape.
