How to determine the steppings in the armhole narrowing at the body manually:

    • The dimensioned shape is opened in the Dimensioning View FormularShapeView.
    • The startpoint and endpoint of the armhole narrowing are dimensioned horizontally and vertically.

  1. Open the context menu for the left diagonal shape line of the narrowing of armhole in the front.

  2. Select the ShapeLinePropertiesLine Properties.
    • The Line Properties tool window appears.
  3. Activate CheckBoxOnShow Line Preview.
    • The selected shape line and the mirrored shape line appear in the line preview on the right.

  4. Go to the Stepping Parameters group box.
  5. Select the List Box WhiteUser Defined option in the Stepping KindPencil list box.
    • Target, actual and deviation values (by stitches) appear for X and Y.

      Y Deviation = 0
      X Deviation = 0
  6. Go to the Line table.
  7. Select the rows S. 4 to S. 9 with Ctrl and the left mouse button.
  8. Open the context menu in a selected row.
  9. Select Remove Rows.
    • The detail view updates.

  10. Go to the S. 1 row of the Line Table.
  11. Enter the height value 0 in the SteppingsShapeStepRiserTextBox+Spin_1 column.
  12. Enter the width value -4 in the SteppingsShapeStepTreadTextBox+Spin_1 column.
  13. Enter the repetition value 1 in the FactorRegularFactorRowTextBox+Spin_1 column.
    • The detail view updates.

  14. Select the Binding-off option in the List Box White list box of the Function column.
  15. Go to the S. 2 row.
  16. Enter the height value 2 in the SteppingsShapeStepRiserTextBox+Spin_1 column.
  17. Enter the width value -2 in the SteppingsShapeStepTreadTextBox+Spin_1 column.
  18. Enter the repetition value 6 in the FactorRegularFactorRowTextBox+Spin_1 column.
    • The detail view updates.

  19. Go to the S. 3 row.
  20. Enter the height value 4 in the SteppingsShapeStepRiserTextBox+Spin_1 column.

  22. Enter the repetition value 4 in the FactorRegularFactorRowTextBox+Spin_1 column.
    • The detail view updates.

    • Module, width and look of the narrowing from the default settings are assigned in the sub-rows with the Narrowing function.
