Select the presser feet position for which the available functions are to be displayed in the Presser Foot section.

Set to default values

When this button is clicked, the default presser feet types of Stoll are set again. In the process the values from the Stoll machine database are applied.

Presser foot section

Select the type of presser foot for the selected presser foot position
Without selecting a type, the presser foot remains without function.

This prevents the upright threads from driving the weft yarn out of the presser foot grove.

Presser Foot Type 10A / 10B

  • The long foot holds areas without sufficient pull down until the hold-down plates close.
  • Optimal situation:
    Course of yarn alternates between front and rear needles
  • The deflecting curve guides the upright threads to pass the presser foot.
