Shape Editor

The Shape editor is a program that is independent of the M1plus for generating shapes. Within the M1plus, the Shape Editor is opened with the Shape Editor (Generate/Edit Shapes)... function in the Shape.
In the //Stoll/M1plus/x.xx.xxx/Form directory are located the default shapes of the M1plus.

Default shapes contain specifications for the shape attributes that are automatically allocated to the line during the shape generation.

The shape editor uses different default shapes for Fully Fashion and for knit and wear. You select them for the shape with the shape type (Type list field in the General shape data section) and with the shape element (Type list field in the Elements section).

The default shapes are located as hidden files in the StollStoll\M1plus\x.xx.xxx\ConfigData directory. When installing the M1plus software, these files are copied to the ConfigDataBackup directory. That means your changes are not lost. You can reuse your own default shapes if you copy these back to the original directory. However, please note that these overwrite the original files installed by the M1plus.

The shape editor can be opened several times at once.
